PURCHASES: All items for
sale that are directly listed on our "Specialty Rings", 'Pins & Buttons"
and "Necklaces" pages are purchased through PayPal only. Paypal is
free to use and if you want, there is no charge for joining Paypal.
However, you do not have to join to use Paypal. Items listed are
in stock and if they are not in stock we can have them usually within a
week for delivery to you. If an item is out of stock and cannot be
re-ordered (obsolete or discontinued item), then Paypal will not let you
purchase the item and we will remove it from the page.
Returned Items:Because we want you to be completely happy with your jewelry purchase,
most items may be exchanged or returned for a refund or a store credit up to 30 days after the purchase, so long as
the item is unworn and in new condition.
All items purchased through our On Line Store are under the requirements
and policies of Nantucket Silver, Inc. and not through us directly. When
you are on that site, please check their store policies
Special Orders and/or Custom Designs: We will gladly special order items to your specifications and will be happy to create a custom design for you. We require a 50% deposit on these items with the remainder due on pick-up. These items can not be returned.
Layaways: We will place an item on layaway for you with a 30% deposit. Monthly payments are required to maintain the layaway. If for any reason the layaway is cancelled, we will apply any payments to the 20% restocking fee and will give you a store credit for any remainder.
